This page explains how CourtSync users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request account deletion
- Open the CourtSync app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings / Help & Support.
- Tap the account deletion request option and submit the request.
If the in-app option is temporarily unavailable, users can request deletion by contacting support from the email address linked to the account.
What data is deleted
- Account profile data (name, email, phone, location profile fields, demographics stored in profile).
- Authentication/session associations linked to the account.
- Device push-token registrations associated with the account.
- Notification preference records tied to the account.
- Other user-linked data that is not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
What data may be retained
CourtSync may retain limited data where required for legal, security, anti-fraud, dispute resolution, or accounting obligations. In such cases, data is restricted and retained only as long as necessary for those purposes.
In match history/statistics contexts, references may be anonymized to preserve system integrity and historical consistency.
Processing timeline
- Acknowledgement target: within 72 hours.
- Standard completion target: within 30 days.
